USE ADVICE

Food flavouring intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.
Do not consume as is.

Legislation : Complies with European Parliament Regulation EC No. 1334/2008 on food flavourings.
Our flavourings are guaranteed sugar-free and very low in calories.
Our flavourings contain no allergens or GMOs.

Storage : Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles with an integrated dropper for easy dosage.

Composition :

  • Arôme Naturel BARBE à PAPA (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, monopropylene glycol, glycerine, natural flavouring, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • CARAMEL BAR flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • FRAISE BONBON flavour (35 ml) - Composition: water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, natural flavouring substances, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, ethyl alcohol.
  • NOUGAT Flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, glycerine, flavouring substance, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • REGLISSE Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparation, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • BUBBLE GUM flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, triacetin, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substance, flavouring preparation.
    Limited substances : contains less than 0.05 ppm natural methyl eugenol.

Approximate dosage : between 5 and 10 g per litre or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 g per litre for drinks. To make homemade yoghurt, use 10 to 20 drops per jar.

  • With 2 teaspoons of flavouring, make a litre of dessert cream, ice cream, sorbets, ganache, .... a litre of water or flavoured milk...
  • Use 5 teaspoons of flavouring to make pastries or any other recipe that requires cooking.

Salt and sugar are natural flavour enhancers. As a result, the flavours of the aromas will be enhanced by their presence. It is therefore normal for a flavouring added to a preparation containing no salt or sweetener to seem blander.
If you want to limit your sugar intake, we recommend using birch sugar or coconut sugar, for example.
