USE ADVICE

Food flavouring intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.
Do not consume as is.

Legislation : All compounds comply with European legislation: European Regulation No. 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008.
All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles, which have an integrated drip tip for perfect dosage.

Storage : stored between 4 and 16°C, these flavours will keep for at least one year in their original packaging.

This box of 6 natural flavourings, specially developed for making homemade yoghurts, will enable you to make Raspberry, Coconut, Strawberry Yoghurt, Lemon, Apricot and Vine Peach yoghurts.
These same flavours can also be used to make non-alcoholic cocktails, dessert creams, ice creams, sorbets and ganaches,.... one litre of water or flavoured milk.....    

Composition :  

  • RASPBERRY Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, triacetin, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • Natural COCONUT Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring agents, xanthan gum - Preservative: E202
  • Natural Strawberry YAOURT Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: monopropylene glycol, water, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • LEMON Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, flavouring preparations, natural flavouring, emulsifier E472c, xanthan gum, preservative: E202.
  • ABRICOT Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: monopropylene glycol, water, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • VINE PEACH Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances and preparations, preservative: potassium sorbate, thickener: xanthan gum, triacetin.

Suggested dosage : 4g/litre, i.e. 2 teaspoons or 50 drops per litre of cold preparation - 10g/litre, i.e. 5 teaspoons per litre of preparation to be cooked.

  • Use 2 teaspoons of flavouring to flavour 1 litre of cold preparation.                                               
  • With 5 teaspoons of flavouring, flavour 1 litre of preparation requiring cooking.
