Frequently used to improve the stability and flexibility of preparations, gum arabic is a dietary fibre gelling agent commonly used in nutritional bars, but can also be used to make glossy coatings, toppings and glazes.
It can also be used as a waterproofing agent for biscuits and crisps.

Technical information :
Directions for use : Dissolve cold in the product to be gelled and heat to 80ºC to activate.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Recommended dosage : 10 to 300 g per L
