Energy: 1395kJ / 330 Kcal -Fat (of which saturated fatty acids): 2.7 g (0.6 g) - Carbohydrates (of which sugars): 63 g (3 g) - Protein: 11.6 g - Dietary fiber: 3.4 g - Salt: 0.01 g

How do you prepare it?

For 100g of pasta, you need 8 to 10g of salt for 1L of water, and 6 to 7 minutes cooking time.

How much to use?

Main course: 80-100 g per person

Side dish: 60-80 g per person

Recipe idea :

What we like is a little butter in a frying pan, onion, garlic, a little smoked bacon (or Pancetta), pasta cooking juices, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and to finish cooking the pasta in the frying pan to coat it well with this creamy sauce. Time to eat!
