Inulin is an ingredient extracted from chicory roots. It is a thickener and stabiliser often used in the manufacture of egg-free creams and in ice cream.
Depending on the dosage, it can generate a wide range of textures, stabilise emulsions and add a sweet note to your preparation.

Composition : 100% chicory inulin

Origin : Vegetable, chicory root.

Suitable for halal, kosher, vegetarian and vegan diets

Technical information :

  • Suitable for sugar-free preparations.
  • Substitute for egg in gelatins and fats in certain preparations such as creams.
  • Thickener and cold stabilizer.
  • Adds texture and a touch of sweetness.
  • Can be used with creams to maintain creaminess.
  • Not fat soluble.
  • Can be frozen once textured.

Directions for use : Mix with a blender for 5 minutes. Then dissolve cold in the product to be gelled and heat to 80ºC to activate. 
Can be frozen once texturized ! 

The product should be stored in dry conditions in its original packaging.

Recommended dosage :The recommended dosage is 3 to 300 g/Kg.
