Very thin and crispy pieces of rolled wafers, often used to make crunchy chocolate, praline, etc.
Good resistance to humidity in a ganache or other device.
Composition : Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (copra), rapeseed oil, skimmed milk powder, concentrated butter (milk), vanilla flavouring, salt; emulsifier: lecithin (canola), barley malt extract, colouring (paprika extract), antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol)
Allergens : Milk and soya !
Suitable for vegetarian diets only !
Directions for use : Store in a cool, dry place.
To preserve the product, close the package tightly after use.
Recommended dosage : For 1 kg of couverture chocolate, use 500g of Royaltine.
Melt and crystallize the chocolate, add the Royaltine, mix and form the rocks with a spoon.
