CONSEIL D'UTILISATION

Sucroemul is an emulsifier. Derived from sucrose, it can be used with all mixtures of fat and water. 
Heat resistant and freezable, you can easily use it to balance your sauces, creams, ice creams, ganaches... 

Composition : sucrose esters of fatty acids (E473)

Origin : Sucrose

Suitable for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets !

Technical information :

  • Emulsifier in aqueous bases and alcohol.
  • High aeration capacity.
  • High stability.
  • Dissolves easily, without the need to apply high temperatures.
  • Does not alter the taste.
  • Resistant up to 70ºC.

Directions for use : Dissolve cold or hot in water and/or alcohol.
Resistant up to 70ºC.

Recommended dosage : From 7 g to 15 g per L
