KIT containing 1 bottle 55 ml of Lavender Natural Aroma + 1 jar 50 gr of Violet Indigotine, indigo carmine E 132, Azorubine, carmoisine E 122

NATURAL AROMA LAVENDER
INDICATIVE DOSAGE : 
Between 5 and 10 gr per litre or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 gr per litre for drink preparations. For the preparation of home-made yoghurts, the dosage is 10 to 20 drops per jar.

Complies with EEC Directive N°1334-2008 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91
 
COMPOSITION :
Water, mono propylene glycol, thickener (xanthan gum), natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparation, preservative (potassium sorbate). Contains less than 2 ppm natural coumarin and less than 0.04 ppm natural thujone.

STORAGE : 
Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Can be kept for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

VIOLET COLOURING POWDER Indigotine, indigo carmine E 132, Azorubine, carmoisine E 122
Used to colour yoghurts, desserts and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (croissant type), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails
Soluble in water.

DOSAGE : 
Maximum dosage: 10g/kg
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 3g/kg
Do not mix several colorants in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.

STORAGE :
Stored in a cool dry place, this powdered dye can be kept for at least two years in its original packaging.
