NATURAL VIOLET AROMA
INDICATIVE DOSAGE :
4,5 gr per kilo for food preparations and 1,5 gr per litre for drinks. For the preparation of home-made yoghurts, the dosage is 10 drops per jar.
Complies with EEC Directive N°1334-2008 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91
Carriers: monopropylene glycol, water, triacetin, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

Used to colour yoghurts, desserts and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (croissant type), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails
Soluble in water.
Maximum dosage: 10g/kg
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 3g/kg
Do not mix several colorants in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.
