COTTON CANDY NATURAL FLAVOURING

INDICATIVE DOSAGE : 
2 teaspoons (4 ml) per litre of cold preparation - 5 teaspoons (10 ml) per litre of preparation to be cooked.

LEGISLATION
Complies with EEC Directive N°1334-2008 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91
 
COMPOSITION :
Water, monopropylene glycol, glycerine, natural flavouring substances, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate

STORAGE : 
Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.
 
PINK COLOURING POWDER - Azorubin, carmoisine E 122
Used to colour yoghurts, desserts and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (such as croissants), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails.
Soluble in water.

DOSAGE : 
Maximum dosage: 33g/kg
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 11g/kg".
Do not mix several dyes in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.

The colouring E122 may have undesirable effects on the activity and attention of children.

STORAGE:
Stored in a cool dry place, this powdered dye can be kept for at least two years in its original packaging.
