INDICATIVE DOSAGE : 
between 5 and 10 gr per litre or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 gr per litre for drink preparations

Complies with EEC Directive N°1334-2008 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91
 
COMPOSITION :
Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate

STORAGE : 
Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

Used to colour yoghurts, desserts and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for fresh cheese preparation), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (croissant type), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails

DOSAGE : 
Maximum dosage: 3g/kg
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 1g/kg
Soluble in water. Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.

LEGISLATION :
In accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on food additives.
