KIT containing 1 bottle 55 ml of Arôme Pomme d'Amour + 1 jar 50 gr of Colouring Powder Cherry Red

INDICATIVE DOSAGE : 
2 teaspoons (4 ml) per litre of cold preparation - 5 teaspoons (10 ml) per litre of cooking preparation.

LEGISLATION
Complies with EEC Directive N°1334-2008 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91
 
INGREDIENTS:
Water, mono propylene glycol, flavouring substance, xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.

STORAGE : 
Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Can be kept for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

CHERRY RED COLOURING POWDER Allura Red AG E129
Used to colour yoghurts, desserts and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for fresh cheese preparation), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (croissant type), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails

DOSAGE : 
Maximum dosage: 3g/kg
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 1g/kg
Soluble in water. Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.

LEGISLATION :
In accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on food additives.

STORAGE:
Store in its original packaging, away from heat and light.
