WILLIAM PEAR FLAVOUR
INDICATIVE DOSAGE :
2 teaspoons (4 ml) per litre of cold preparation - 5 teaspoons (10 ml) per litre of preparation to be cooked.
Complies with EEC Directive N°1334-2008 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91
Water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substances, thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.
LEMON YELLOW POWDER COLORANT Tartrazine E102 :
Used to colour yoghurts, desserts and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for fresh cheese preparation), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (croissant type), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails.
Maximum dosage: 5g/kg
Ice cream: maximum dosage: 1g/kg
Soluble in water. Do not mix several dyes in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.
In accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on food additives.
Wheat maltodextrin, E102 tartrazine.
The colour E102 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
Stored in a cool dry place, this powdered dye can be kept for at least two years in its original packaging.
