NATURAL PINK AROMA
INDICATIVE DOSAGE :
Between 5 and 10 gr per litre or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 gr per litre for the preparation of drinks. For the preparation of home-made yoghurts, the dosage is 10 to 20 drops per jar.
LEGISLATION
Complies with EEC Directive N°1334-2008 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91
COMPOSITION :
Water, mono propylene glycol, xanthan gum, flavouring preparation, preservative: potassium sorbate.
STORAGE :
Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Can be kept for at least 1 year in its original packaging.
PINK COLOURING POWDER Spiruline, Carmin cochenille E120.
Used to colour yoghurts, entremets and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (such as croissants), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails
DOSAGE :
Maximum dosage: 33g/kg
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 11g/kg".
Soluble in water. Do not mix several dyes in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.
