Legislation : Complies with European Parliament regulation CE N°1334/2008 on food flavorings.

Storage : Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

All our flavors are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles incorporating a dropper for easy dosage.

Ingredients : Water, mono propylene glycol, triacetin, emulsifier E433, flavoring preparation, flavoring substance.

Preservative : Potassium sorbate

Dosage : Between 5 and 10 gr per liter or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 gr per liter for the preparation of drinks. For the preparation of home-made yoghurts, the dosage is 10 to 20 drops per jar.

Salt and sugar are natural taste enhancers. Consequently, the flavors of the flavors will be reinforced by their presence. It is therefore normal that a flavouring added in a preparation containing neither salt nor sweetening product seems blander.

If you want to limit the amount of sugar, we recommend using, for example, birch sugar or coconut sugar.
