This natural PAPAYE food flavouring is of professional quality and is intended for the production of foodstuffs. Highly concentrated, it should not be consumed as it is; follow the dosages indicated in the DIRECTIONS FOR USE section and on the bottle label.
Sugar-free and very low in calories, this natural PAPAYE flavour will be the essential complement to flavor all your recipes, even those for diets, and a few drops will add magic to your preparations.
A few drops will allow you to flavour a natural yoghurt, enhance a slightly bland preparation, create original cocktails and many other original recipes that will surprise your friends.
With 4 grams or 2 teaspoons of our natural PAPAYE flavouring, flavour a litre of dessert cream, sorbets, ganache,... a litre of water or milk or make 8 pots of 120 ml yoghurt in your yoghurt maker
With 10 grams or 5 teaspoons of our natural PAPAYE flavour, flavour your cakes, puddings, buns or any other recipe requiring baking.
