USE ADVICE

With the same dosage for every flavour, our range has been specially developed for individuals, restaurants and caterers. Easy to use, all our flavours can be mixed together and coloured with our range of liquid or powder colourings.
All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles, which feature an integrated drip tip for perfect dosage.

Legislation : All compounds comply with European legislation: European Regulation No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008

Storage : stored between 4 and 16°C, these flavours can be stored for at least one year in their original packaging

Compositions :    

  • ANANAS Natural Flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, xanthan gum Colours: turmeric extract and caramel colouring - Preservative: E202
  • BANANA natural flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, xanthan gum, preservative: E202 Contains less than 0.8 ppm natural methyl eugenol
  • FRUIT OF THE PASSION natural flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, xanthan gum (contains less than 0.4 mg/kg natural methyl eugenol), preservative: E202
  • LYCHEE Natural Flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, xanthan gum, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparation - Preservative: E202
  • MANGO Natural Flavouring (35 ml) - Composition : Water, monopropylene glycol, triacetin, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, xanthan gum, preservative: E202
  • COCO NUT Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, xanthan gum - Preservative: E202 

Suggested dosage : 4g per litre for cold preparations. 10g per litre for hot preparations.

Create original or traditional recipes with this box of 6 alcohol-free flavourings that faithfully reproduce the taste of Pineapple, Banana, Passion Fruit, Litchi, Mango and Coconut.

These flavourings can be used to flavour your homemade yoghurts, dessert creams, ice creams, sorbets, ganaches,.... one litre of water or flavoured milk.....     

  • Use 2 teaspoons of flavouring to flavour 1 litre of cold preparation - to make your own yoghurts, use between 10 and 15 drops of flavouring per 120 ml jar.                                                
  • Use 5 teaspoons of flavouring to flavour 1 litre of cooked food.
