This DARK BLUE liquid COLOURANT will allow you to colour yoghurts, entremets and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnuts) and fine bakery products (such as croissants), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails
Maximum dosage: 10g/kg or 250 drops
For ice cream: maximum: 3g/kg
Soluble in water
Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.
