Tasteless and heat resistant, this PURPLE LIQUID NATURAL COLORANT will enable you to colour yoghurts, entremets and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnut dough) and fine bakery products (such as croissants), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails.
Soluble in water.
Maximum dosage: 15g/kg or 375 drops
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 5g/kg or 110 drops
Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
