Tasteless and heat-resistant, this PURPLE LIQUID COLOURANT will enable you to colour yoghurts, entremets and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnut dough) and fine bakery products (such as croissants), cake decorations, and wine-based cocktails.
Soluble in water.
Maximum dosage: 20g/kg or 500 drops
For ice cream, maximum dosage: 6g/kg or 135 drops.
Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.
In accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on food additives.
carrier: water, colourings: Indigotine, indigo carmine E132, Azorubine, carmoisine E122, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
E122 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
All our dyes are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles that are transparent like glass.
Store in its original packaging in a cool, dark place.
