Tasteless and heat resistant, this STRAWBERRY RED liquid COLOURANT will allow you to add a nice red colour to your flavoured drinks (fruit and plant infusions and milk excluded), to your wine-based cocktails.

DOSAGE : 
Maximum dosage: 0,3 g/kg or 7 drops
Wine-based cocktails: maximum dosage: 1.5 g/kg or 35 drops
Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.

LEGISLATION :
In accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on food additives.

COMPOSITION :
carrier: water, colouring: cochineal red E124, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
E124 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

STORAGE :
All our dyes are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles that are transparent like glass.
Store in its original packaging in a cool, dark place.
