Natural food flavouring Redcurrant

For foodstuffs, limited use. Do not consume as is.

Legislation : Complies with European Parliament regulation CE N°1334/2008 on food flavorings.

Storage : Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

All our flavors are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles incorporating a dropper for easy dosage.

Ingredients : Monopropylene glycol, water, natural flavoring substances, flavoring preparations.

Preservative : potassium sorbate.

Dosage: between 5 and 10 gr per litre or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 gr per litre for drink preparations. For homemade yoghurts, the dosage is 10 to 20 drops per jar. 

Salt and sugar are natural flavour enhancers. As a result, the flavours of the flavourings will be enhanced by their presence. It is therefore normal that a flavouring added to a preparation that does not contain salt or sweeteners will seem blander. 

If you want to limit the amount of sugar, we recommend using, for example, birch sugar or coconut sugar.
