USE ADVICE

With the same dosage for every flavour, our range has been specially developed for individuals, restaurants and caterers. Easy to use, all our flavours can be mixed together and coloured with our range of liquid or powder colourings.
All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles that are as transparent as glass, and feature an integrated drip tip for perfect dosage.

Legislation : All compounds comply with European legislation : European Regulation No. 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008.

Storage : stored between 4 and 16°C, these flavours can be kept for at least one year in their original packaging.

Composition : 

  • CASSIS Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • CERISE Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • CRANBERRY Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • Natural Strawberry Flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: monopropylene glycol, water, triacetin, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • RASPBERRY Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, triacetin, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • MYRTILLE Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Approximate dosage : between 5 and 10 g per litre or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 g per litre for drinks. To make homemade yoghurts, use 10 to 20 drops per jar.
Create original or traditional recipes with this box of 6 alcohol-free flavourings that faithfully reproduce the taste of Blackcurrant, Cherry, Cranberry, Strawberry, Raspberry and Blueberry.

These flavourings can be used to flavour your homemade yoghurts, dessert creams, ice creams, sorbets and ganaches,.... one litre of water or flavoured milk.....     

  • Use 2 teaspoons of flavouring to flavour 1 litre of cold preparation - to make your own yoghurts, use between 10 and 15 drops of flavouring per 120 ml jar.                                                
  • Use 5 teaspoons of flavouring to flavour 1 litre of cooked food.
