Tasteless and heat resistant, this LEMON YELLOW POWDER COLOURANT will allow you to colour yoghurts, entremets and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for fresh cheese preparation), sweets (except chocolate), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnut dough) and fine bakery products (like croissants), cake decorations, and wine-based cocktails

DOSAGE : 
Maximum dosage: 5g/kg
Ice cream: maximum dosage: 1g/kg
Soluble in water. Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
For foodstuffs. Limited use. Do not consume as is.

LEGISLATION :
In accordance with REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on food additives.

INGREDIENTS :
Carrier: maltodextrin, colouring : Tartrazine E 102
E102 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.

STORAGE :
All our dyes are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles that are transparent like glass.
Store in its original packaging in a cool, dark place
