Natural colouring powder - Spirulina Blue

Without taste, this water-soluble POWDER COLORANT BLUE also exists in water-soluble liquid version. 
WARNING : this natural dye does not resist to high temperatures and/or long cooking.

DOSAGE : 
CAUTION the use of the dyes is limited: not all dyes can be used in all types of food products. Their dosage is also subject to restrictions according to their composition. You will find a correspondence between each colorant and the products in which it is authorized as well as its maximum dosage in THIS TECHNICAL DOCUMENT.

Spirulina extract, Maltodextrin

STORAGE :
All our dyes are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles that are transparent like glass.

Stored in a cool, dry place, this powdered colorant will keep for at least two years in its original packaging.
