Discovery box - Floral notes

Legislation: these flavours comply with Regulation 1334/2008/EEC.

These flavours do not contain any allergens or GMOs. The 6 flavours in this box are guaranteed sugar-free.

With 2 teaspoons of flavouring, make a litre of dessert cream, ice cream, sorbets, ganache,... a litre of water or flavoured milk...  
With 5 teaspoons of flavouring, make pastries or any other recipe that requires baking.

Indicative dosage:
- 4 gr/litre or 2 teaspoons or 50 drops per litre of cold preparation
- 10 gr/litre or 5 teaspoons per litre of preparation to be cooked.  

Technical Aspects: With an identical dosage whatever the flavour, our range has been specially developed for private individuals, restaurateurs, caterers easy to use, all our flavours can be mixed together and can be coloured with our range of liquid or powder dyes. All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles, which allow a perfect dosage thanks to their integrated dripper.

Storage: stored between 4 and 16°C, these flavours can be stored for at least one year in their original packaging

- POPPY natural flavour (35 ml)
Composition : water, mono propylene glycol, xanthan gum, natural flavouring substances. Preservative: potassium sorbate

- ORANGE BLOSSOM Flavour (35 ml)
Composition: Water, emulsifier E472c, xanthan gum, flavouring preparation Preservative: E202

- HIBISCUS Flavour (35 ml)
Composition : water, mono propylene glycol, flavouring substance, flavouring preparation, xanthan gum. Preservative: potassium sorbate

- LAVENDER Natural Flavour (35 ml)
Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, xanthan gum, flavouring preparation Colour: Carrot extract - Preservative: E202 Limited substances: contains less than 2 ppm natural coumarin, less than 0.04 ppm natural thujone

- ROSE Natural Flavour (35 ml)
Composition : water, mono propylene glycol, xanthan gum, flavouring preparation. Preservative: potassium sorbate
