USE ADVICE

Food flavouring intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.
Do not consume as is.
Legislation : these flavourings comply with regulation 1334/2008/EEC.
These flavourings do not contain any allergens or GMOs.

Storage : Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles with an integrated dropper for easy dosage.
The 6 flavours in this box are guaranteed sugar-free.

Composition :

  • AMANDE AMERE Natural Flavouring (35 ml) - Ingredients: Water, triacetin, emulsifier E472c, xanthan gum, natural flavouring substances, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • Natural FIG flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: water, ethyl alcohol (22.6%), natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • Natural NOISETTE flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • NUT Flavouring (35 ml) - Ingredients: Water, monopropylene glycol, xanthan gum, flavouring substances, flavouring preparation, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • PISTACHE Natural Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: water, ethyl alcohol 12.17% (w/w), natural flavouring substances (including benzyl alcohol 0.1%), flavouring preparations, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate). Limited substances: contains less than 0.14 mg/kg natural coumarin, less than 0.05 mg/kg natural methyl eugenol.
  • PRALINE flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substances, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).

Suggested dosage : 4g/litre, i.e. 2 teaspoons or 50 drops per litre of cold preparation - 10g/litre, i.e. 5 teaspoons per litre of preparation to be cooked.

  • Use 2 teaspoons of flavouring to make one litre of dessert cream, ice cream, sorbets, ganache, .... one litre of water or flavoured milk .....                                                      
  • Use 5 teaspoons of flavouring to make pastries or any other recipe that requires cooking.
