USE ADVICE

Food flavouring intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.
Do not consume as is.

Legislation : these flavourings comply with regulation 1334/2008/EEC.
These flavourings do not contain any allergens or GMOs.

Storage : Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.
All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles that are as transparent as glass, and feature an integrated drip tip for perfect dosage.
The 6 flavours in this box are guaranteed sugar-free.

Composition :

  • CRUMBLE flavouring (35 ml) - Ingredients: Water, monopropylene glycol, glycerine, xanthan gum, flavouring substances, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations.
    Colours : caramel colouring and turmeric extract
    Preservative : E202
  • BROWNIES flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substances, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • MADELEINE flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: Water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substance, natural flavouring substance, flavouring preparation, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • FOUR QUARTERS flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substance, flavouring preparation, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate). Contains less than 0.002% natural coumarin.
  • PANETTONE flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring substance, flavouring preparation, xanthan gum, preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • TARTE TATIN flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, triacetin, xanthan gum, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, preservative (potassium sorbate).

Suggested dosage : 4g/litre, i.e. 2 teaspoons or 50 drops per litre of cold preparation - 10g/litre, i.e. 5 teaspoons per litre of preparation to be cooked.

  • Use 2 teaspoons of flavouring to make one litre of dessert cream, ice cream, sorbets, ganache, .... one litre of water or flavoured milk .....                                                      
  • Use 5 teaspoons of flavouring to make pastries or any other recipe that requires cooking.
