Food flavouring intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.

Legislation : Complies with European Parliament Regulation EC No. 1334/2008 on food flavourings.
Our flavourings are guaranteed sugar-free and very low in calories.
Our flavourings contain no allergens or GMOs.
Storage : Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.
All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles with an integrated dropper for easy dosage.
Approximate dosage : between 5 and 10 g per litre or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 g per litre for drinks. To make homemade yoghurt, use 10 to 20 drops per jar.
Salt and sugar are natural flavour enhancers. As a result, the flavours of the aromas will be enhanced by their presence. It is therefore normal for a flavouring added to a preparation containing no salt or sweetener to seem blander.
If you want to limit your sugar intake, we recommend using birch sugar or coconut sugar, for example.
