Composition : Mirabelle FJ013, Gariguette Strawberry FR019, Guava FE013, Kiwi FE005, Nectarine FJ002, Amarena Cherry FR022

This set of 6 natural flavourings, specially developed for making homemade yoghurts, will enable you to make Mirabelle, Strawberry Gariguette, Guava, Kiwi, Nectarine and Amarena Cherry yoghurts.
These same flavours can also be used to make alcohol-free cocktails, dessert creams, ice creams, sorbets and ganaches. .... one litre of water or flavoured milk.....

Food flavouring intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.
Do not consume as is.

Legislation : All compounds comply with European legislation: European Regulation No. 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008.

Storage : stored between 4 and 16°C, these flavourings will keep for at least one year in their original packaging.
With the same dosage for each flavour, our range has been specially developed for individuals, restaurants and caterers. Easy to use, all our flavours can be mixed together and coloured with our range of liquid or powder colourings.
All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles, which feature an integrated drip tip for perfect dosage.

Composition :

- MIRABELLE natural flavour (35 ml) - Composition : Water, monopropylene glycol, xanthan gum, flavouring substance. Preservative : E202

- Strawberry Gariguette flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients : water, monopropylene glycol, flavouring, xanthan gum. Preservative : potassium sorbate

- Natural GOYAVE flavour (35 ml) - Composition : water, monopropylene glycol, glycerine, natural flavouring substances, thickener: xanthan gum. Preservative : potassium sorbate.

- KIWI flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients : water, monopropylene glycol, xanthan gum, flavouring agents. Preservative : E202
                     
- NECTARINE flavour (35 ml) - Composition : water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring, xanthan gum. Preservative : potassium sorbate.

- Amarena natural cherry flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients : water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, thickener: xanthan gum. Preservative : potassium sorbate

Suggested dosage : 4g/litre, i.e. 2 teaspoons or 50 drops per litre of cold preparation - 10g/litre, i.e. 5 teaspoons per litre of preparation to be cooked.  

  • Use 2 teaspoons of flavouring to flavour 1 litre of cold preparation.                                               
  • With 5 teaspoons of flavouring, flavour 1 litre of preparation requiring cooking.
