USE ADVICE

Food flavorings for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.
Do not consume as is.

Legislation : Complies with European Parliament regulation CE N°1334/2008 on food flavorings.
Our flavors are guaranteed sugar-free and very low in calories.
Our flavors contain no allergens or GMOs.

Storage : Store in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Keep for at least 1 year in its original packaging.

All our flavors are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles incorporating a dropper for easy dosage.

  • PISTACHE Natural Flavor (35 ml) - Composition : water, ethyl alcohol 12.17% (w/w), natural flavoring substances (including benzyl alcohol 0.1%), flavoring preparations, xanthan gum. Preservative: potassium sorbate. Limited substances: contains less than 0.14 mg/kg natural coumarin, less than 0.05 mg/kg natural methyl eugenol.
  • FRAMBOISE Natural Flavor (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, triacetin, natural flavoring substances, flavoring preparations, thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • FRUIT DE LA PASSION Natural Flavor (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavoring agents, flavoring preparations, thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).
  • Natural LEMON Flavor (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, flavoring preparation, natural flavoring, emulsifier: polysorbate, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
  • VANILLA Natural Flavor (35 ml) - Ingredients: water, mono-propylene glycol, natural flavoring substances, flavoring preparations, xanthan gum; preservative: potassium sorbate; contains less than 0.15 mg/kg natural coumarin.
  • CARAMEL BUTURRE SALÉ Natural Flavoring (35 ml) - Composition: carrier: water, mono propylene glycol, natural flavoring substance, flavoring preparation. Thickener: xanthan gum; preservative: potassium sorbate, alcohol (0.01%); restricted substances: natural coumarin 0.007%.

Approximate dosage : between 5 and 10 g per liter or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 g per liter for beverage preparations. For homemade yoghurts, use 10 to 20 drops per jar.

  • With 2 teaspoons of flavoring, make one liter of dessert cream, ice cream, sorbets, ganache, .... one liter of water or flavored milk...
  • Use 5 teaspoons of flavoring to prepare pastries or any other recipe requiring cooking.

Salt and sugar are natural flavor enhancers. As a result, the flavors of the aromas will be enhanced by their presence. It is therefore normal for a flavoring added to a preparation containing no salt or sweetener to seem blander.
If you wish to limit your sugar intake, we recommend using birch or coconut sugar, for example.
