USE ADVICE

Food flavouring intended for the manufacture of foodstuffs, limited use.
Do not consume as is.

Legislation : these flavourings comply with EEC Directive No. 88-388 and French Decree 91-366 of 11/04/91.
These flavourings contain no allergens or GMOs.

Storage : stored between 4 and 16°C, these flavourings will keep for at least one year in their original packaging.
All our flavourings are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles that are as transparent as glass, and feature an integrated drip tip for perfect dosage.

Composition :

  • Natural COFFEE flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: Water, triacetin, xanthan gum, natural flavouring, monopropylene glycol, preservative: E202
  • CHOCOLATE Flavour (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparation, xanthan gum, Preservative: E202
  • NOUGAT flavour (35 ml) - Ingredients: Water, monopropylene glycol, glycerine, natural flavouring, xanthan gum, preservative: E202
  • PAIN d'EPICES flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, xanthan gum, nature-identical flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, natural flavouring substance, preservative: E202
  • PAIN GRILLE flavouring (35 ml) - Composition : Water, monopropylene glycol, xanthan gum, natural flavouring, lactic acid, preservative: E202
  • TOFFEE flavouring (35 ml) - Composition: Water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring, xanthan gum, preservative: E202

Suggested dosage : 4g/litre, i.e. 2 teaspoons or 50 drops per litre of cold preparation - 10g/litre, i.e. 5 teaspoons per litre of preparation to be cooked.

  • Use 2 teaspoons of flavouring to make one litre of dessert cream, ice cream, sorbets, ganache, .... one litre of water or flavoured milk .....                                                      
  • Use 5 teaspoons of flavouring to prepare pastries or any other recipe requiring cooking.

The 6 flavourings in this box are guaranteed sugar-free.
