A white sugar base with a soft texture, used for decorating pastries and confectionery.
You can personalise this base by incorporating flavourings and colourings of your choice, you will just have to adjust the quantity of water to obtain the desired texture.
Composition : Sugar, water, glucose syrup (sulphites).
