Tasteless, this RED NATURAL COLOURANT will enable you to colour yoghurts, entremets and fermented cream desserts, unripened cheeses (curdled milk for the preparation of fresh cheese), pastries (cakes, meringues, macaroons, waffles, pancakes, doughnut dough) and fine bakery products (such as croissants), cake decorations, wine-based cocktails.
Soluble in water.
Caution: this dye is not resistant to high temperatures and/or prolonged cooking.
Maximum dosage: 4g/kg or 90 drops.
For ice cream: maximum dosage: 1g/kg or 25 drops.
Do not mix several colourings in your preparations.
