Advice for use : 1 drop of verbena is enough to flavor meat, poultry, fish (monkfish, sea bass), shellfish (oyster), vegetables (ginger), fruit compote (peach, pear), desserts (ice cream, parfait, panna cotta, custard, crème brulée), pastries (madeleine, shortbread, cake), infusion.
