Advice for use : Its delicately spicy aroma brings a touch of exoticism in cooking in many dishes, from starters to desserts. Its powerful digestive action will be useful to digest all the dishes a little heavy and very saucy. 1 to 2 drops to mix in oils, sauces, dairy products or at the end of cooking or preparation. To prepare tonic drinks or winter drinks (mulled wine, toddy, milk, chocolate, punch) at a rate of 1 drop of essential oil of ginger and 1 drop of cinnamon only for a bowl.
Precautions for use : Do not use for children and hypersensitive people. Test externally on the elbow. Take minimal doses at the beginning. No contraindications to the recommended uses and physiological doses.
