Ingredients : Pure essential oil of Grapefruit* (Citrus X paradisi)

*Essential oil from organic farming, no UE agriculture.

Advice for use : Its slightly bitter lemon flavor is wonderful in many fish recipes, in raw vegetables. It is recommended with raw fish for its antibacterial effect, in accompanying sauces to assimilate fats. It raises the taste of the desserts by its point of bitterness: fruit salads, sorbets, compotes. 1 to 2 drops are enough.

Precautions for use : Be careful with the photo-sensitizing effect on the skin (common to all citrus essential oils). Do not apply in extensive massages on the skin and especially not before sun exposure.
