Ingredients : Pure essential oil of Pepper Mint* (Mentha piperita)

*Essential oil from organic farming, UE / no UE agriculture.

Advice for use : It gives a powerful fragrance and a refreshing flavor. 1 to 2 drops only in: green salads, tomato juice, gazpacho, raw vegetables, cucumber, omelette, dairy products, white meat dishes, fish, tagines, tabbouleh, legumes, curries, fruit salads... It goes well with chocolate mousse and dark chocolate in general. Good alliance with coriander. For a refreshing and digestive drink: 1 drop in lemon water and honey.

Precautions for use : In massage, it is used locally on small surfaces because of its "icing" effect. In diffusion, be careful with the eyes. No intensive and prolonged diffusion. To associate it with other essential oils, to attenuate its effects. It is not recommended for children under 6 years old and before bedtime because of its exciting effect.
