Advice for use : Use sparingly! Indispensable in southern cooking. Summer salads: one drop for one tablespoon of olive oil. Gratin, ratatouille, piperade, meat stuffing: 1 to 2 drops in the preparation. Leg of lamb, strong-flavored game, roast beef, poultry, fish fillet, put 1 to 2 drops in the cooking juice, as well as in the cooking water of pasta, rice, vegetables, potatoes, polenta. It facilitates the biliary flow and thus will stimulate the digestion of the dishes a little heavy.
Precautions for use : It is not recommended for hypersensitive persons of the liver, to the children. It is recommended for external use. Internally, use in small doses and for short periods (it contains neurotoxic and abortifacient ketones).
