Advice for use : For desserts of course, and drinks. 1 to 2 drops in a chocolate mousse, a fruit sorbet (to enhance the flavor of the fruit), pastries, a liqueur, sweets. Think also about sweet and salty combinations, especially in meats, 2 to 3 drops are usually enough.
Precautions for use : It is very photo-sensitizing; beware of skin use during exposure to sunlight. It contains furocoumarins, substances that are very oxidative on the skin under the action of UV light. No other contra-indication to the recommended uses and physiological doses.
