For foodstuffs, limited use. Do not consume as is.

Legislation : Complies with the EC Regulation No. 1334/2008 of the European Parliament on food flavors.

Composition : Monopropylene glycol, water, triacetin, flavouring substances, natural flavouring substances, preservative (potassium sorbate).

Preservative : Potassium sorbate

Preservation : Store away from light in a cool place, ideally between 4 and 20°C. Can be kept for at least 1 year in its original packaging.
All our flavors are packaged in unbreakable PET bottles with a dropper for easy dosage.

Dosage : Between 5 and 10 gr per liter or per kilo for food preparations, between 1.5 and 3 gr per liter for the preparation of drinks. For the preparation of home-made yoghurts, the dosage is 10 to 20 drops per jar.

Salt and sugar are natural taste enhancers. Consequently, the flavors of the flavors will be reinforced by their presence. It is therefore normal that a flavouring added in a preparation containing neither salt nor sweetening product seems blander.

If you want to limit the amount of sugar, we recommend using, for example, birch sugar or coconut sugar.
