FICHE TECHNIQUE
CONSEIL D'UTILISATION

Gelling preparation presented as an instant powder. 
It dissolves easily, gels quickly without heat and maintains its structure for a long time.

Composition : Icing sugar, edible gelatine (sulphites), dehydrated glucose syrup, potato starch, whole milk powder.

Allergens : Contains nuts, eggs, milk and sulphites.

Origin : Animal and vegetable gelatine.

Technical information :

  • Gelatine which only adds texture.
  • Does not change colour or taste.
  • Gelatine that allows working with alcohols.
  • Heat-reversible.
  • Resistant to freezing.

10g of gelatin powder is 1 sheet of gelatin!
 

 

Directions for use : Dilute cold with a blender.
If the mixture is heated to 40°C, it will dissolve better.

Recommended dosageFrom 10 to 30% depending on the desired texture
