Whisky Flavouring - 55 ml + Caramel Brown Powder Colouring - 50 gr With this Flavouring Duo + Colouring, make macaroons with the subtle and delicate taste of WHISKY, full of colour and flavour.   This Duo will also allow you to flavour and colour dessert creams, ice creams, sorbets, ganache, etc.   If you have a little bit of flavour left, a few drops will allow you to flavour a plain yoghurt, enhance a slightly bland preparation, create original cocktails and many other recipes that will surprise your friends.   If you have some colouring left, a pinch will add colour and shine to your ice cubes, cocktails and all your food preparations.     Used for a long time by many Chefs, flavours have become essential ingredients in cooking because they provide more creative possibilities, saving time, consistency and the safety of always successful preparations. So, like the Chefs, give way to your creativity and dare to combine for an easy cuisine, full of aromas and delicacy....... Feel free to consult our recipe ideas on the home page!    Arome WHISKY without alcohol Indicative dosage: 2 teaspoons (4 ml) per litre of cold preparation - 5 teaspoons (10 ml) per litre of preparation to be cooked.   Technical Aspects: With an identical dosage whatever the aroma, our range has been specially developed for private individuals, restaurateurs, caterers easy to use, all our aromas can be mixed together allowing you to create original scents. All our flavours are packaged in unbreakable and transparent PET bottles like glass, which allow a perfect dosage thanks to their integrated reducer.   Legislation: All compounds comply with European legislation: European Regulation No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 Composition: water, monopropylene glycol, natural flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, flavouring substances, smoke extracts, xanthan gum Natural colouring: caramel colour Preservative: Potassium sorbate Storage: stored between 4 and 16°C, this flavouring can be kept for at least one year in its original packaging Powdery brown caramel colour Indicative dosage: The dosage depends on the intensity of the desired colour: a few pinches will give you a pastel tone while a larger dosage will give a more straightforward and brilliant colour. Do not exceed a dosage of 10 g (one tablespoon) per litre or per kilo of preparation.   Technical Aspects: With an identical dosage whatever the dye, our range has been specially developed for private individuals, restorers, caterers easy to use, all our dyes can be mixed together allowing you to create original colours. All our powder dyes are packaged in unbreakable and transparent PET bottles like glass.   Legislation: Complies with EEC Directive N°94-36 on colours that may be used in foodstuffs.   Composition: glucose syrup powder, E102, E124 and E151 colours Preservation: stored in a dry and fresh place, this powdered colour can be kept for at least one year in its original packaging.
